Breakfast Attendant - [Nov 25, 2025]
Join our Blue Gate Garden Inn team as a breakfast attendant! This is a 1st-shift position with approximate hours of 7:00 am to noon. You'll help the team set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, assist our guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience, and then help with closing the buffet and cleanup, including dishwashing. We work with large quantities of food and serve many people within a short time frame.

Other Breakfast Attendant Job Duties:
•	Preparing breakfast dishes
•	Making quick-order items such as omelets
•	Greet and talk to guests
•	Buss tables
•	Keep the buffet and beverage station clean, stocked, and organized
•	Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

As a breakfast attendant, you'll work three to four shifts per week, including Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! It is required that you are available to work from 7:00 am until noon, Thursday through Sunday. Adult wages start at $14.00 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential on Sundays.

Breakfast Attendant Requirements:
•	You must be available and willing to work the weekends
•	Must be able to lift 35 lbs. consistently
•	Friendliness and positivity are a must

•	On your feet for 5-6 hours, constantly

Grill Cook - [Oct 21, 2025]
Join our team as a full-time Grill Cook at the Blue Gate Restaurant in Shipshewana, Indiana. Job duties include making sandwiches, grilling meats, using the fryers, cleaning the work area, and other duties as assigned. 

Grill cooks work an eight-hour shift, up to five times per week, including days, evenings (our closing shift), and Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays! The hourly wage for adults starts at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience. Experience working in the grill area in a commercial kitchen is preferred! We provide paid training, and our kitchen staff is cross-trained so that each person can build new skills and reach their full potential.

Grill Cook Requirements:
•	Ability to multitask
•	Practice safe food handling.
•	Ability to perform the job's physical demands, including working in high-heat conditions, standing on your feet for long periods, bending, moving, reaching, and stretching.
•	Work efficiently and accurately.
•	Must keep the workstation clean and organized.
•	Must be teachable with a desire to learn and grow.
•	Must be willing and available to work nights (closing the kitchen), weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), and holidays.
•	Must be at least 18 years old.
