Banquet Server
Join us at Blue Gate Hospitality as a banquet server. We are looking for friendly, guest-focused, high-energy people to serve groups at events in Shipshewana, IN. Some of the responsibilities of a banquet server include preparation, delivering hot food promptly, cleaning up, and other side work. 

Our banquet servers take pride in providing excellent meals to our guests and having fun simultaneously! Banquet servers make up to $20 an hour with wages and gratuities. This can be a seasonal or year-round job. Banquet servers work part-time, make good money, and have a flexible schedule.

Requirements:
•	Must be willing and available to work on days, nights, weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), and holidays.
•	Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop.
•	Experience in working events, large parties, or groups.
•	Excellent organizational skills and motivation.

Join our kitchen team as a dishwasher at The Blue Gate Restaurant in Shipshewana, Indiana. You will efficiently clean and wash dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area as a dishwasher. In addition, you will maintain bus carts, tubs, the dish machine, and garbage containers. Other responsibilities include keeping the entire dish room area sanitary and orderly, including the dishwashing machine, mats, and sinks. A dishwasher will also polish the dishwasher and perform nightly closing duties and tasks as assigned by your managers.
 
Dishwasher Requirements:
· Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing for an entire shift, bending, stretching, moving, and lifting. 
· Must agree to work the closing shift, including Fridays and Saturdays.
· Must work efficiently and perform well within a team environment.
· Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
· Communicate professionally and effectively. 
· Must be at least 18 years old.
 
As a dishwasher, you will work up to five times weekly, including our closing shift, from 4:00 pm until finished (possibly midnight), including Fridays and Saturdays. No Sundays! We provide paid training, and adult hourly rates start at $14.00 per hour.

Join the Blue Gate Bakery team as a donut maker on the second shift. Our donut makers should be self-motivated, task-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable. Making donuts is hard work, but the result of your effort is a great product, happy customers, and the satisfaction of a job well done. 

Donut Maker Responsibilities:
•	Weighing, mixing, cutting the dough
•	Frying and glazing donuts. 
•	Safely use and maintain equipment, including stand mixer, fryer, etc.
•	Clean the work area, wash dishes, sweep, mop, etc.
•	Assisting with the production of other baked goods
•	Other duties as assigned.

As a donut maker, you will work part-time, three or four shifts a week, from 4:00 pm until midnight, including Monday through Friday. Experience is preferred but not required! Paid training is provided, and wages start at up to $17.00 per hour.

Buffet attendant responsibilities include:
•	Stocking and cleaning the buffet.
•	Ordering and transporting food.
•	Communicating professionally with kitchen staff and guests.
•	Completing other duties as assigned.
•	Assisting the kitchen team as needed.

We are looking for buffet attendants to work year-round (not seasonal). As a buffet attendant, you will work up to five weekly shifts, including days and evenings, starting with Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The buffet attendant hours are 11:00 am until 7:00 pm or 2:00 pm until the buffet closes.

Adult buffet attendants earn $16.00 per hour; experience isn’t required, and paid training is provided. Additionally, buffet attendants are cross-trained in other kitchen stations, allowing each person to develop new skills and reach their full potential.

Buffet Attendant Requirements:

Join our Blue Gate Garden Inn team as a breakfast attendant! This is a 1st shift position with approximate hours of 6:00 am until 11:00 am or noon.

Job Duties:
•	Greet and talk to guests
•	Buss tables
•	Keep the buffet and beverage station clean, stocked, and organized
•	Assist with cleanup and other tasks as needed, including the dish room.

As an Event Staff team member, you will:

Food prep workers' responsibilities include the following:

Food Prep Worker Requirements:

A front desk receptionist can positively impact our visitors and the team daily! The most important part of the job is caring for our guests. Each customer is our top priority. Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities Include:

As a full-time front desk receptionist, you will work five weekly shifts. You will train on three shifts: 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and 2:45 pm until 11:00 pm. Open availability is preferred, and Saturdays and Sundays are required! Hourly rates start at up to $16.00 per hour.
