Dishwasher
Join our team at the Blue Gate Restaurant in Shipshewana. As a dishwasher, you are responsible for efficiently washing, scrubbing, and storing all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, glasses, pots, pans, and small equipment for the restaurant and bakery. In addition, you will maintain bus carts, tubs, the dish machine, and garbage containers. Other responsibilities include keeping the entire dish room area sanitary and orderly, including the dishwashing machine, wash mats, and sinks. A dishwasher will also polish the dishwasher and perform other duties and tasks as assigned by your managers.
Our dishwashers can work full-time and part-time, up to five shifts per week, including Saturdays. No Sundays! We provide paid training, and adult hourly rates start at $13.00 per hour. We are hiring immediately!

Cashier/Greeter/Seater
Join our team as a Cashier/Greeter/Seater at the Blue Gate Restaurant in Shipshewana, Indiana. As a Cashier/Greeter/Seater, your duties include greeting guests, seating guests, and operating a cash register. Our Cashier/Greeter/Seaters also add names to the waiting list, call for people to be seated, adjust chairs/tables to accommodate guests, and do additional responsibilities as needed. As a baker, you can work full-time or part-time, up to five shifts per week, including Saturdays, on the third shift with the approximate hours of 8:00 pm until 4:00 am. Our wages start between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour, based on work hours and experience level.

Inside Sales Representative
Join our team at Blue Gate Hospitality as an inside sales representative. Our sales team representatives answer all incoming calls professionally and play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest's experience is positive. The Inside Sales representatives work on location in Shipshewana, Indiana.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your main focus is helping guests purchase tickets, make hotel reservations, and sell dinner packages by phone, online, or in person. In addition, you will secure Theater seats and Hotel rooms, take payments, record details, and follow through promptly. We have full-time year-round as well as part-time positions available. Additionally, you will represent the Blue Gate and the many National touring acts that visit our theaters.
A full-time inside sales representative will work five eight-hour shifts weekly, including every other Saturday, between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. Hourly wages start at $16.00 per hour.  

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

Kitchen Manager
The Blue Gate Restaurant is a large facility in Shipshewana, Indiana, offering a wholesome atmosphere and a solid customer base from all over the country. As a vital part of the Blue Gate team, our kitchen manager has the opportunity to help carry on the Blue Gate legacy and lead us to a new level of excellence! This is a full-time salaried position working five shifts per week, including Saturdays.
As our kitchen manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen, including food production and quality, supervision and training of staff, and other operational tasks as assigned by the general manager. Kitchen Manager Primary Responsibilities:
