Cleaner (1st Shift)
Join our team at the Blue Gate Restaurant as a cleaner. You will help us keep all building areas looking at their best. Members of the cleaning crew share the responsibilities of cleaning all areas of the restaurant with duties including:
•	Vacuuming
•	Sweeping
•	Mopping
•	Dusting
•	Wiping counters
•	Cleaning bathrooms
•	Other tasks and projects as time allows.

Our cleaners work from 5:00 am until approximately 10:30 am daily, Monday through Friday. You can work from two to five shifts per week. Cleaning experience is preferred, but we provide paid training. Hourly wages start as high as $15.00 per hour. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting you!

Line Cook
Join our kitchen team at the Blue Gate Restaurant as a line cook. A line cook will ensure that all plates are portioned properly, look professional, and prepared efficiently. Other responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing the workstation, practicing safe food handling, cooking and preparing food items, using the fryers, making sandwiches, and other duties as assigned. This is a fun and challenging position with extra training and growth potential. We are hiring immediately!

A line cook can work full-time or part-time, up to five shifts per week, including Saturdays. No Sundays. Restaurant experience is helpful, but we provide paid training! Hourly wages for experienced adults start at $15.00 per hour.

Buffet Attendant
Join our team at Blue Gate Restaurant as a buffet attendant. Our buffet attendants work hard to ensure the smooth operation of our buffet by stocking and cleaning the buffet, preparing and transporting food, and other responsibilities as assigned, while communicating with kitchen staff, managers, and guests! You can work full-time or part-time up to five shifts per week, including Saturdays. No Sundays!  Adult wages start at up to $15.00 per hour. Night Auditor - Weekends Only!
Join our team at the Blue Gate Garden Inn as a part-time night auditor. In this position, you will run the front desk area overnight from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Job duties include nightly lockdown, monitoring security cameras, checking and balancing closeouts and payments along with other night audit functions, generating detailed reports, cleaning work area, and other tasks as assigned. 
As a night auditor, you will work independently overnight. Experience is preferred, but we provide paid training! The hourly rate starts at up to $18.00 per hour!

Prep Cook

Your job duties will include: following simple recipes, preparing food, assembling dishes, plating meals, and other tasks as assigned. Our restaurant is busy, and we work hard to provide a great meal to our guests! Adult wages start as high as $15.00 per hour, and paid training is provided. As a prep cook, you can work full-time or part-time, up to five shifts per week, including Saturdays. We are hiring immediately!

Driver
Blue Gate Hospitality in Shipshewana, Indiana, is looking to add to the transportation team. As a driver, you will safely transport employees from their homes to work and from work to their homes in the most cost-efficient, timely, and courteous manner. Some of the job duties include driving a company-assigned van, cleaning and maintaining the vehicle, running errands as needed, and other assigned tasks.

Our driver can work full-time or part-time, up to five shifts per week from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm, including Saturdays. We are hiring immediately!

Join our team as a server/waiter/waitress at the Blue Gate Restaurant in Shipshewana, Indiana. A server/waiter/waitress should be friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused! Daily responsibilities include explaining our menus, offering personalized suggestions, taking accurate orders, delivering hot food promptly, doing side work along with bussing and setting tables, assisting the team, and other tasks as assigned. 
 
A server/waiter/waitress can work part-time or full-time, from three to five shifts per week, and will make, on average, between $150 and $300 per shift. Saturdays are required! We are hiring immediately!

Our banquet and catering servers make, on average, between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour! Experience is preferred!

Banquet and Catering Server Responsibilities include:

•	Food and venue preparation
•	Delivery of hot food promptly
