You will work directly with artist production teams and experience what happens behind the scenes at the top concert venue in Northern Indiana - all while getting paid!
Our Performing Arts Center hosts headlining concerts by artists in various genres! From Trace Adkins, Justin Moore, John Crist, Joan Jett, Michael W Smith, Air Supply, Crowder, Donny Osmond, and many more! 
As a member of our Production Crew, you will assist with loading in & loading out of artist trailers & semi-trucks, placing equipment where instructed, resetting the stage, and performing other duties as assigned.

You must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, speak English, be self-motivated, be a fast learner, work well under pressure and with others, be a problem solver, reliable, attentive, and, of course, friendly and professional! This is a seasonal, part-time, as-needed position with potential for growth in other production areas. You must have flexible availability Monday through Saturday, and we are hiring immediately!

Join the Blue Gate team as a concessions worker at Blue Gate Performing Arts Center. As a concession worker, you will sell snacks and drinks, operate a cash register, make popcorn, help guests courteously and efficiently, and perform other job duties as assigned.

This is a part-time position. You will work evenings up to three weekly shifts (three to four hours). The exact times will vary. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are required! Adult pay starts as high as $15.00 per hour.

Join us as a bakery associate/cashier at the Blue Gate Bakery in Shipshewana, Indiana. As a bakery associate/cashier, you will provide excellent service while helping customers purchase delicious baked goods, including homemade cookies, donuts, fudge, pies, and more! A bakery associate/cashier stays busy assisting customers, taking accurate orders, using a cash register, stocking and rotating products, packaging, pricing, and helping the bakery team with other tasks.
Bakery Associate/Cashier Responsibilities
•	Your primary focus is helping guests!
•	Taking accurate orders.
•	Running a cash register.
•	Count money and return exact change.
•	Stocking shelves.
•	Rotating perishable items.
•	Other assigned tasks.

As a bakery associate/cashier, you will work part-time, Thursday through Saturday, including days, evenings, and Saturdays. The bakery hours are 7:00 am until 8:00 pm. Paid training is provided. Adult wages start as high as $15.00 per hour based on experience.

Bakery Associate/Cashier Requirements:

•	Ensure that products are in the cases and on the shelves, including rotation when necessary

•	Accuracy and efficiency in job performance
•	Must work on Saturdays (No Sundays!)
•	Must be at least 18 years old
•	Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and bend, stretch, reach, and stand for an entire shift
