Theatre Production Stage Crew
Are you looking to supplement your existing income with a change of pace? Would you like to be a part of the concert experience? Then join the Production Staff for The Blue Gate Performing Arts Center at Blue Gate Theatre! You will work directly with artist production teams and experience what happens behind the scenes at the top concert venue in Northern Indiana - all while getting paid!
Our Performing Arts Center hosts headlining concerts by artists in various genres! From Trace Adkins, Justin Moore, John Crist, Joan Jett, Michael W Smith, Air Supply, Crowder, Donny Osmond, and many more! 
As a member of our Production Crew, you will assist with loading in & loading out of artist trailers & semi-trucks, placing equipment where instructed, resetting the stage, and performing other duties as assigned.
We offer a flexible schedule, discounts, and a safe, fun work environment. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, speak English, be self-motivated, be a fast learner, work well under pressure and with others, be a problem solver, reliable, attentive, and, of course, friendly and professional! This is a seasonal, part-time, as-needed position with potential for growth in other production areas. You must have flexible availability Monday through Saturday, and we are hiring immediately!
Front Desk Receptionist
Join our Blue Gate Garden Inn team as a front desk receptionist. You will provide excellent customer care through effective communication and a professional demeanor. A front desk receptionist can positively impact our visitors and the team daily! Some duties include checking guests in and out, answering questions, assisting guests, and performing other assigned tasks. Each day brings smiles, the challenge to learn and grow, and the rewards of serving others! 

As a full-time front desk receptionist, you will work five weekly shifts, generally from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm, or 2:45 pm until 11:00 pm, but open availability is preferred! Saturdays and Sundays are required! Experience in an administrative environment or customer care is preferred! Hourly rates start at up to $16.00 per hour.

Furniture Sales Associate
Shipshewana Furniture Company seeks a professional individual to join its sales team. This person must be self-motivated, a team player, have attention to detail, enjoy assisting customers daily, and build long-term relationships. A warm and welcoming personality is expected! The job will include selling locally crafted Amish-made wood and upholstered furniture, providing excellent customer care, and other responsibilities as assigned. 
The furniture sales associate will work three to five days a week, including Saturdays. No Sundays. Experience in sales and customer support is recommended. The base pay is $15.00 per hour plus incentives. 
Furniture Sales Associate Requirements:
•	Able to assist customers with selecting and purchasing furniture, including wood, stains, fabric, etc.
•	An appreciation and understanding of colors, patterns, and designs on upholstery.
•	Previous retail or other sales experience is preferred but optional. Willingness to learn and adapt is required.
•	Attentive to detail, curious, confident, empathic, a good listener, and self-motivated.
•	Professional demeanor and attire suitable for a conservative community & high-end furniture store.
•	Ability and a desire to learn and retain product knowledge. (90-day goal)
•	Excellent customer service and communication skills that put people at ease.
•	Competence with computer systems and basic software.
•	Must be at least 18 years of age.
