MEMBERSHIP TERMS & POLICIES

  • Billing: Blue Gate Memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are valid & active for one year from the date of purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours from date of purchase to receive your membership card & details via email. Membership fee will auto-renew each year, with 30-day notice prior to expiration date, unless cancelled by account holder.
  • Introductory Pricing: Memberships purchased within the promotion period are offered at a discounted rate of $150 for the initial year. Upon renewal, membership will be billed at the then-current standard membership rate (currently $200).
  • Member Presales: Members will receive early access to tickets as soon as they become available, prior to the general public on-sale.
  • Membership Access & Use: Membership benefits, perks, and access are exclusive to the registered member and are non-transferable. Benefits may not be shared with or used by non-members. Misuse may result in revocation of membership without refund. Memberships must be active prior to use of benefits & discounts.
    • Any resale of tickets on unauthorized third-party sites, chargeback activity connected to your account, suspicious activity, or violation of membership terms will result in immediate termination of membership without refund, as per BGT policy.
    • All Theatre terms & policies still apply to members.
    • Memberships must be active prior to use of benefits & discounts. To receive your membership benefits & discounts, you must present your member card to all Blue Gate businesses or provide your member # to the box office when purchasing tickets.
  • Member Benefits & Discounts: Member discounts only applicable on items purchased in-person at venue concessions (excludes venue bar), the Blue Gate Bakery & Craft Barn stores, non-redeemable online or by phone. Non-applicable at Shipshewana Furniture & Traditions, Blue Gate Garden Inn, & Blue Gate Restaurant (Dining and Carry-Out). Also non-applicable on artist merchandise.
    • Ticket discount for Music Hall is applicable by phone or in-person only on musicals & multi-run variety shows, limited to 4 tickets per show/date. Non-applicable online. Non-applicable for concerts. All Theatre terms & policies still apply to members.
    • Priority seating benefits at the Restaurant not available on Blackout dates, at management discretion (Shipshewana Lighting Ceremony, Memorial Day, Labor Day), where extremely high volume is expected, and priority cannot be guaranteed.
    • Priority hotel booking is subject to room type and date availability.
